ASSISTED STRETCHING is a relaxing way to improve flexibility and alleviate joint stress. Kate will apply gentle resistance to the participant's low-effort movements of targeted muscles. It creates a new sense of spaciousness for the body. Benefits include ease of movement, increased blood circulation, and a general sense of well-being.
