Yoga for Runners is designed for runners, but is open to anyone looking to improve core strength, hip strength, and upper body strength in addition to improving flexibility, balance and posture. Not flexible? No problem, that’s why we do yoga.

Residents: $20 session fee or $5 drop-in
Non-resident: $25 session fee or $7 drop-in
*Chair yoga Tuesdays Sept. 4th- Oct. 9th at 9:30 am. -No mat needed. All poses done seated or standing.
*Foundations / Beginner Yoga Weds. 6:30 pm
Sept. 5th - Oct. 10th
Bring a mat or rent one for $2. This gentle yoga mat class focuses on alignment, balance, and breathwork. For beginners and those looking for a slower paced class. All are welcome.
Weather permitting, we'll take class outside to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful view.
