Restorative yoga uses props to support the body so both body and mind can be at ease. This yoga allows you to relax, re-center, heal, and rejuvenate. This class is for everyone. Use restorative poses and breathwork to move from the sympathetic nervous system’s fight or flight state and reclaim the rest and digest state of the parasympathetic nervous system. Limited to 8 people. $20/ class at Free Spirit Yoga
