Restorative yoga uses props to support the body so both body and mind can be at ease. This yoga allows you to relax, re-center, heal, and rejuvenate. This class is for everyone. Restorative poses and breathwork move us from the sympathetic nervous system’s fight or flight state to the rest and digest state of the parasympathetic nervous system. Yoga poses, breathwork, and guided relaxation will be the tools used to support back health. We will improve flexibility and core engagement, which will strengthen the back and alleviate back pain. No yoga experience is necessary.
